After making a booking, you will receive an e-mail from us confirming acceptance of your booking (the Booking Confirmation). The contract between us (Contract) will only be formed when we send you the Booking Confirmation. Please note that it is your responsibility, as the customer, to check the accuracy of your booking and travel dates.

Price and payment

The price of any services will be as quoted on our site from time to time.

Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect bookings in respect of which we have already sent you a Booking Confirmation.

Our site contains a number of services and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the services listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our acceptance procedures so that, where a service's correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount. If a services correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before sending you a Booking Confirmation, or reject your booking and notify you of such rejection.

We are under no obligation to provide the service to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you a Booking Confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mispricing.

Payment for all services must be by credit or debit card. We accept payment with Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We will not charge your credit or debit card until we issue your Booking Confirmation.

Our refunds policy

If you cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing immediately and the following cancellation policies will apply:

o If you cancel a booking up to 21 days prior to the departure date you will receive no refund.

o If you cancel a booking more than 21 days prior to the departure date you will receive a refund of 70% of the price of your booking.

Where we have booked a third party supplier on your behalf, any cancellation is subject to the terms of the third party supplier and we will notify you of such charges on request or as soon as reasonably practicable after you cancel your booking .

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

our right to cancel

We reserve the right to alter any timetables or suspend, cancel or withdraw services, or terminate a service once it has been commenced, without notice whether before or after we have sent you a Booking Confirmation, and to substitute an alternative service.

If we cancel or withdraw a service before it has commenced, otherwise than due to events beyond our control, our liability will be at our option to:

a) make suitable alternative arrangements to carry you to your destination on another vehicle; or

b) cancel the booking, and allow you to claim a refund of the full amount of the fare.

If a service on which you are travelling commences and is terminated before reaching your destination, other than for a reason outside our control, our liability will be at our option to:

a) make suitable alternative arrangements to carry you to your destination, such as another service, carrier, coach, train, private car, or taxi, which you shall not unreasonably refuse; or

b) provide a substitute vehicle, which may lack some or all of the advertised facilities.

Save as set out above, we will not be liable for any loss, damage, liability, or cost suffered by you as a result of any cancellation or withdrawal of any service by us, or any delay to any service, or termination of any service.

Festival/Concert/Event Cancellation

If you are travelling on a service for which the primary reason for travel is a festival, concert or event, we cannot take responsibility whatsoever as a result of any change/omissions in the event or failure of the event to take place as advertised. Our responsibility is to provide you with the travel for the journey to the event.

Should the festival, concert or event be cancelled by the promoter/artist/performers, the journey you have booked will still be scheduled to proceed. If you decide not to travel as a result of a cancelled event/altered performance, cancellation charges may apply in accordance with Our Refunds Policy section. We will nevertheless look where possible to keep any cancellation charges to a minimum.

Cancellation Due To Lack Of Demand

Very occasionally we are obliged to cancel a service due to insufficient numbers and in the event of this happening we will offer you where possible an alternative service or if we will refund all monies paid.
